Avondale Senior Village offers senior living  one- and two-bedroom apartments for adults 55 and older in Dublin, Ohio. Residents choose between a mid-rise building and cottage-style villas, all with access to the same community spaces and services. Every home here comes at a straightforward cost, with no income qualifications to meet.  Rent ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 a month.

Inside, apartments offer bright, open living, dining, and kitchen spaces with generous closet storage, fully equipped kitchens, and washer and dryer hookups. Throughout the community, residents enjoy a fitness center, library, recreation room, and a community gathering room with a fireplace, along with a fenced dog park and walking trails for four-legged companions.

Avondale sits at the corner of Riggins Road and Avery Road in Dublin.  Cardinal Health, Quantum Health, and Dublin Methodist Hospital, three of the city's largest employers, are all headquartered nearby.  Bridge Park's shops and restaurants are just minutes away, and every August the community comes alive for the Dublin Irish Festival at Coffman Park.  Avondale's prime Dublin location makes shopping and errands a breeze.

One-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans are available across both the mid-rise building and the cottage-style villas, each designed for comfortable, low-maintenance living. Every home includes an emergency call system and a roll-in shower with a detachable shower head for added peace of mind.

We are currently leasing one-bedroom apartments for a set $1,400 a month and two-bedroom apartments for a set $1,600 a month.  These do not have any income guidelines or limits.  While Avondale does also offer income-based apartments, our waitlist for subsidized apartments is currently full.
